If you are going to do strength training and cardio during your
workout, be sure to do them in the right order. Do about 4 minutes of
treadmill to get a nice warmup and then start your strength routine.
After you're done 'hangin and bangin' hit the treadmill, bike....all of
it and knock yourself out.
If you do the reverse like a lot of people you will not see the muscle gains you might be looking for....Enjoy
